"El Belenguerón" is a valley located at an altitude of 640 metres, 3 kilometres from the town of Siete Aguas. Due to its location in a valley, the climate in "El Belenguerón" is milder than in the city centre since the mountain system blocks the wind.
Belenguerón S.L., along with a group of collaborating companies, is currently working on the "Ríos del Belenguerón" urban development project, a tourism complex measuring 500,000 m2 where more than 700 single-family homes will be built, surrounding by a total of 100,000 m2 of parks and gardens and 5,000,000 m2 of Mediterranean forest.
At the present time the urbanisation works are very outposts like also works of first stage.
